Where You Will Work:

 

Atrium Health Endocrinology – Pineville and Steele Creek deliver comprehensive, patient‑centered care for patients managing endocrine conditions such as diabetes (Type 1 & Type 2), thyroid disorders, Hashimoto’s disease, Graves’ disease, adrenal disorders, pituitary conditions, metabolic syndrome, osteoporosis, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and other hormone‑related diseases.

 

We’re Looking For:

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing

Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices

Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Minimum of 1 year of RN experience is preferred.

Prior ambulatory and surgical experience preferred

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred. Must have or complete MSN if undergraduate degree is not BSN. Enrollment in MSN program within 1 year of hire/transfer date and graduation of MSN program required within 5 years of hire

 

What You’ll Do:

Monday – Friday, 8:00a -5:00p.

The Nurse Manager oversees all RN and CMA clinical teams across both locations, ensuring safe, efficient, and evidence‑based care delivery for this specialized patient population.

This role collaborates closely with the Senior Practice Manager to align clinical operations with organizational goals, optimize staffing and workflows, drive quality and safety initiatives, and enhance both patient experience and teammate engagement. Together, they support high‑performance clinical operations and consistent delivery of exceptional endocrinology care.
