In this role, you will be the key supply chain interface for bringing new hardware generations, platforms, and critical components into production and operation across our global data centers. This position sits at the intersection of hardware engineering, supply chain & operations, and vendor management—owning the readiness, ramp, and handoff of new infrastructure products from concept to deployment.

- Collaborate with supply chain, hardware engineering, data center operations, and capacity planning teams to define supply chain requirements, timelines, and product milestones.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering and supply chain to drive ODM and supplier engagement to ensure manufacturing readiness, material availability, compliance and adherence to design, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Manage supply chain readiness for new products including part setup, sourcing strategy, supplier qualification, and logistics planning.
- Own build plan execution for pre-production units (EVT, DVT, PVT) and early production ramps, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Support business case, cost modeling and total lifecycle cost analysis for new hardware programs; provide input into operating decisions and vendor selection.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement in NPI and supply chain processes, leveraging data and metrics to influence decisions.
- Act as the primary escalation point for supply chain issues during new product ramps.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Mgmt, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or program management roles within the high-performance computing, cloud infrastructure, or electronics manufacturing industries.
- Strong background in hardware product lifecycle management, preferably in a hyperscale or data center context.
- Deep understanding of ODM/JDM engagement models, manufacturing processes, and component supply ecosystems.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with engineering, operations, and supplier teams.
- Proficient in tools such as PLM (e.g., Agile), ERP (e.g., SAP/Oracle/Netsuite), and strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Experience managing international suppliers and navigating global supply chain constraints.
