Design, build, and maintain frontend applications with React, Next.js and TypeScript. Integrate with backend APIs, optimize performance, ensure UI/UX quality, write tests, follow TDD and agile practices, and collaborate with designers and engineers.
This is a remote position.
- Develop and maintain frontend applications using ReactJS, NextJS, and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and services.
- Optimize frontend performance for speed and responsiveness.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
- Work with designers to ensure UI/UX consistency and quality.
- Implement unit and integration tests to ensure application stability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on frontend development.
- Proficient in ReactJS, NextJS, and TypeScript.
- Experience using Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Relational and non-relational database knowledge (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with Test-driven development.
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.
- Extensive knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Good knowledge of Cloud and Security concepts.
- Good knowledge of layout aesthetics.
- Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that the application will adhere to them.
