Where you’ll be:

This position will be based at our Corporate Headquarters located in Charlotte, NC.

About the Role:

The New Product Introduction Manager leads the end‑to‑end execution of new product launches for Electrolux Major Appliances’ Taste or Care product lines in North America. Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role owns launch planning, cross‑functional coordination, and phase‑in/phase‑out management to ensure timely, high‑quality, and commercially successful introductions. Based in Charlotte, NC with a hybrid schedule (80/20), the role partners closely with Product Line, Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, and Planning teams to deliver strong market and financial results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all activities required to successfully launch new products within assigned product lines or categories

  • Own multiple NPI projects concurrently, driving execution from planning through market introduction

  • Develop and execute launch plans that ensure timely, high‑quality, and commercially successful product introductions

  • Manage all Phase‑In/Phase‑Out (PIPO) activities in coordination with product line teams, factories, sales, and demand planning to ensure smooth transitions and minimize inventory risk

  • Partner with Product Line and Commercial teams to support product planning, pricing models, channel strategies, and launch readiness

  • Support development of new products by aligning financial models, promotional simulations, and P&L impact assessments

  • Track and report NPI progress, risks, and milestones, providing clear visibility to leadership and stakeholders

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to identify launch opportunities, proactively resolve issues, and drive solutions

  • Analyze multiple data sources to inform launch decisions, continuous improvement, and market responsiveness

  • Support merchandising activities and other commercial initiatives as needed within assigned categories

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in new product launches for durable goods; appliance industry experience strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated project management experience, including managing multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Proven ability to develop, implement, and improve NPI processes while navigating ambiguity and evolving requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive‑level reporting and presentations

  • Highly organized with the ability to align and manage multiple data sources to support launch decisions
