JOB DESCRIPTION:

Driven Claims is a leading Third-Party Administrator (TPA) for auto glass insurance, delivering innovative, technology-driven solutions that simplify the claims process and provide a superior customer experience.

With decades of experience in the auto glass industry, Driven Claims brings unmatched expertise and a customer-centric approach to insurance carriers, auto glass shops, and policyholders. Driven Claims is designed to improve efficiency, increase transparency, and drive faster, more seamless claim resolutions.

We are seeking a high performing New Business Development Executive responsible for driving new business growth within the insurance claims sector. This role is focused exclusively on generating and closing new business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage high-level decision makers, including CEO’s, Presidents, Chief Claims Officers, SVP of Claims, and other claims executives

  • Conduct high volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and industry networking

  • Develop and execute disciplined new business development strategy focused on pipeline and conversion

  • Sell our software platform and integrated service model to new customers

  • Secure introductory meetings, present the Driven Claims platform and value proposition, and advance the prospects through the sales cycle

  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder organizations through the sales cycle

  • Lead contract discussions in partnership with VP, Sales and drive to execution

  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting in CRM

Requirements
  • Must be able to work in the United States on an on-going basis, without company sponsorship

  • 6+ years of B2B new business development experience, including experience with cold call outreach, prospecting and developing executive level relationships.

  • Proven track record of success in pure new business development or hunter -style roles

  • Experience selling into insurance carriers or experience in the auto glass space is a plus, but will train the right candidate

  • Demonstrated ability to access and influence senior executive decision makers

  • High comfort level with cold calling

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Self-starter with excellent discipline, resilience, and follow through

Compensation Range:

$106,300.00 - $189,800.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
