$55,600.00 and $88,600.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Optimize network performance through basic statistical analyses using key data points; perform statistical analyses for Network Operations business unit(s).
- Provide business analysis and support for Network Operations by generating routine and ad hoc reports, and creating dashboards for operational visibility.
- Develop graphs, reports, and presentations of data results; present standard data sets and information in an understandable and compelling manner.
- Analyze business partner's operations to identify strengths and weaknesses, determining opportunities to automate processes and functions.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in standard data sets; interpret data in collaboration with others and develop recommendations based on findings.

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience
- 2+ years Microsoft Office Suite including Excel experience
- 2+ years of standard data query techniques and report building
- Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; Demonstrated communication, both written and oral skills
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated analytical and detail-oriented aptitude, a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to learn and adapt to change
