About the Role:

Responsible for advanced problem resolution of LAN, WAN, Security, network and availability redundancy. Provide maintenance and repair of equipment and products, new hire training/mentoring by providing expert technical recommendations based on business needs. Prepare technical reports concerning status of activities, new technology testing and create thorough documentation.

What You Will Do:

  • Configures and maintains the corporate enterprise network environment, including configuration, coordination, control, troubleshooting, security, usage monitoring, and the development of specialized procedures elating to the configuration and use of network equipment. 
  • Performs analysis, diagnostics, and resolution of complex network and voice problems, which may include coordination, installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitors the reliability of the network across multiple platforms. 
  • Participates in the rotating "on call" schedule with other members of the team in order to provide support to the business and partners.
  • Performs root cause analysis for network outages or other business impacting issues. 
  • Provides primary and secondary support for key network and infrastructure applications, ensuring objectives are met while maintaining defined security standards. Assists in designing, configuring and the implementation of major network systems. 
  • Conducts research and evaluates new industry hardware and software to stay current on emerging technologies, market trends, and future expectations in order to make hardware and software product recommendations. Assist in the configuration and implementation as directed.
  • Maintains system documentation and departmental procedures.
  • Performs user ID creation, ID removal and ID maintenance for employee access changes; perform user ID access reviews and account cleanup processes.
  • Manages the day-to-day operation and troubleshooting of the enterprise data communications networks, including the repair of all network-based equipment; may also include application, desktop and server support.
  • Completes trouble tickets and provides customer feedback.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience. 
  • Typically 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.

Salary range:  $59,902.68 – $110,630.79

 
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
