Job Description

•    Explore and understand Network engineering and architecture landscape across Bose Enterprise
•    Gain exposure to firewall, VPN, and network-security controls    
•    Build analytical, communication, and presentation capabilities
•    Understand network operations and change management
•    Deliver tangible technical contributions aligned to infrastructure goals
•    Learn organizational ITSM process (ServiceNow / equivalent)
•    Review standard operating procedures (SOPs) and identify improvement areas
•    Gain exposure to monitoring tools and alert configurations
•    Define and deliver a focused project (e.g., firewall cleanup, monitoring dashboard, config automation)
•    Present final project and experience summary to the Infra Engineering team

Education

• Pursuing undergraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, or Cybersecurity

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and network protocols
• Familiarity with Cisco, Palo Alto, LogicMonitor, SolarWinds, Wireshark, or similar tools
• Must have previous internship experience
• Strong written communication and documentation skills

The hiring range for this position in the primary work location of Atlanta, Georgia is: $29.00-$37.25 per hour.The hiring range for other Bose work locations may vary.
