Sana’s vision is to make healthcare easy.

All of us can agree healthcare is simply too hard in the US. And our members feel that pain day in and day out. We aim to create an experience that simply feels easy when you need to access our healthcare system. If you need something, you know where to go to get it with care that is a click (or as few clicks as possible!) away.

What’s beautiful about a vision oriented toward “easy” is how it imparts a singular feeling. We instinctively know as humans when something is easy versus hard, even if we can’t explain why. We fight as a company to make an easy pathway available to all our members at every stage of their healthcare journey. If you feel passionate about delivering better healthcare to small businesses through a seamless care experience and affordable benefits, join us!

We’re looking for a Network Development Representative who will play a vital role in expanding and strengthening Sana’s provider network. This role blends the best of operations, sales, relationship-building, and growth. You’ll have the opportunity to connect with providers, show them the value of joining our network, and partner with our Contracting team to turn conversations into lasting partnerships. Every connection you make helps bring us closer to our mission of making healthcare truly easy and accessible for all.

We are building a distributed team and encourage all applicants to apply, regardless of location.

What you will do:

  • Identify new provider opportunities to grow our network strategically.
  • Conduct a minimum of 100 daily outbound calls to provider prospects, effectively communicating the benefits of Sana’s network.
  • Facilitate the handoff to Sana’s Contracting team by setting up contracting calls that prepare providers and internal colleagues for a productive discussion.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date provider records and contracts.
  • Be the go-to resource for early provider questions and resolve issues with speed and care.
  • Collaborate with the Contracting team on proposals, presentations, and contract discussions.

About you:

  • 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, insurance, operations, or sales.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus points if you know provider contracting, credentialing, or healthcare regulation.

Benefits:

  • Stock options in rapidly scaling startup
  • Flexible vacation
  • Medical, dental, and vision Insurance
  • 401(k) and HSA plans
  • Parental leave
  • Remote worker stipend
  • Wellness program
  • Opportunity for career growth
  • Dynamic start-up environment
