By joining our rapidly growing NetSuite Practice as a NetSuite Technical Consultant, you will work closely with clients to implement, configure and support the NetSuite system and develop automations, integrations and enhancements. You will serve as a trusted partner to our clients. You’ll bring your first-hand experience, unique perspectives, and functional knowledge to deliver tailored integrated solutions that solve today's challenges and set the foundation for future success. With support from experienced leaders and a dedicated coach, you will join a collaborative community that invites you to contribute beyond the scope of client delivery.
What You'll Do:
- As part of a project team, you’ll design and configure technical solutions that promote a tailored NetSuite environment to meet the business needs of each unique client. This may include automations and integrations with other business applications
- Review and approve designs and mentor junior team members
- Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions, both on-site and remote, with new and existing customers to assess technical development requirements
- Build and deploy technical solutions utilizing NetSuite SuiteScript
- Responsible for process analysis, process recommendations, and transactional flow analysis to incorporate into technical solutions
- Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards
- Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes
- Evaluate, troubleshoot and resolve customer requests related to NetSuite functionality
- Perform data migration services including data cleansing, file manipulation, file mapping and other project-related data tasks
- Deliver on-site or virtual walkthroughs of NetSuite functionality, offering clear guidance on system features
What You'll Bring:
- 4+ years of professional services experience, with at least 2 years of experience in development, with NetSuite SuiteScript experience
- Prior experience participating in end-to-end NetSuite implementations or service engagements to include planning and delegation to process flow discovery, functional/technical design, training, testing, go-live support, and project management
- Application Developer Certification and/or Web Services Developer Certification a plus
- Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation
- Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards
- Proven experience efficiently managing multiple projects, schedules, and tasks concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and optimal results
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or related field from an accredited university
- Fluency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
