We are looking for a NetSuite Director to join our Digital Services group within the Advisory Department. In this senior leadership role, you will drive business growth, lead complex ERP engagements, and expand our multi-solution practice — with a primary focus on NetSuite and opportunity to help  grow and take the leadership role on  Rillet ERP.

As a Director, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:  

  • Serve as a senior leader within the practice and engagement leader across NetSuite and potentially Rillet ERP, owning solution design, delivery quality, and overall client outcomes.
  • Design and architect solutions based on requirements and business models.  
  • Gather client requirements and document functional specifications. 
  • Apply standardized and consistent project delivery methods across all projects assigned.  
  • Drive utilization of project team members by directing work and resource planning to meet project profitability goals. 
  • Understand and configure various modules within NetSuite. 
  • Apply deep industry expertise in technology and professional services and/or manufacturing to shape relevant, vertical-specific solution designs and deliver differentiated client value.
  • Build and maintain executive-level client relationships, serving as the senior point of contact for strategic guidance, escalations, and long-term ERP roadmap planning.
  • Perform assessment of existing NetSuite solutions, recognize opportunity for optimization and provide associated recommendations, roadmap and estimated effort. 
  • Drive the growth and delivery of Rillet ERP engagements, serving as a subject matter authority on platform capabilities, implementation approach, and go-to-market positioning; leverage Rillet ERP as a differentiated offering for clients in technology, professional services, and mid-market manufacturing sectors.
  • Lead client status meetings in conjunction with project managers providing regular project updates. 
  • Lead end-to-end sales pursuits across NetSuite, and/or Rillet ERP, and adjacent solutions — including opportunity qualification, discovery, solution positioning, demonstrations, proposal development, and proposal development; serve as a trusted advisor to CFO and VP Finance stakeholders, guiding solution fit across NetSuite, and/or Rillet ERP, and adjacent platforms.
  • Participate in candidate screening and interviewing process. 
Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in ERP consulting with significant NetSuite depth; demonstrated success leading full-cycle implementations, managing delivery teams, and generating professional services revenue;.
  • Strong command of core business processes including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Project Accounting, Core Financial, and Manufacturing (Design to Build); vertical fluency in technology and professional services and/or manufacturing is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with multi-subsidiary, multi-currency and intercompany based transaction flow and accounting. 
  • Comfortable selling and delivering across multiple ERP and technology solutions, including NetSuite, Rillet ERP, and complementary platforms within the Citrin Cooperman Digital Services portfolio.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new requirements and changing situations. 
  • Proven ability to generate and close new business at the enterprise level, with a track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales pursuits and building a personal book of business.
