POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting directly to the Director Enterprise Applications of Cryoport Inc., the NetSuite Administrator role is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the NetSuite ERP platform. This role ensures the system operates efficiently, supports business processes, and aligns with organizational goals.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (including but are not limited to):
• Manage and maintain NetSuite, including users, roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Configure and customize fields, forms, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports.
• Maintain system integrity and ensure data accuracy across all modules.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system
solutions.
• Support system upgrades, new module implementations, and integration projects.
• Provide day-to-day support for NetSuite users across departments.
• Maintain data integrity through audits and regular maintenance.
• Support data imports, data cleansing, and system migrations.
• Manage backup procedures and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Build and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting for financial, operational, and performance metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• 3–5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite’s functional areas (Accounting, Inventory, Order-to-Cash,
Procure-to-Pay) plus strong technical proficiency.
• Hand’s-on experience with CSV Imports, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and saved search creation.
• Knowledge of SuiteScript is a plus.
• NetSuite Administrator Certification (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field.
• Public company experience (preferred).
