This position is responsible for providing .Net Developer level analysis, design and hands-on development skills. Demonstrated record of developing successful applications that are highly integrated and reliable. Ability to operate effectively, and with a sense of possibility, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to be highly collaborative in coming up with solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, development and implementation of complex multi-tier systems with Web front end using .Net / C# technologies.

• Deliver high quality code to realize business requirements, perform peer design and code reviews, and use test driven development practices

• Create and execute unit, integration and regression test plans/scripts 

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience designing, developing and deploying high-volume, multi-tiered, distributed transactional applications

• 3+ years - Expert knowledge of .Net, WCF, WF for .Net 4.5, MVC application frameworks, design patterns, web and application servers. Must be hands-on.

• 3+ years - Experience in systems analysis and design using OOP concepts

• Experience in data access technologies and patterns

• Experience with SOA technologies (REST and SOAP) desired

• Experience in using AJAX and JavaScript libraries (JQuery) 

• Experience working in full iterative/Agile development environment

• Relational database experience and demonstrated abilities in SQL and data modeling is required

• Experience with component based web application frameworks is desired

• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams

Experience with agile/scrum methodologies to iterate quickly on product changes, developing user stories and working through backlogs is preferred
