Position Overview – In concert with our professional staff, this position is responsible for developing new functionality to support our existing monitoring a control platform hosted in the cloud.
Job Responsibilities – Include, but are not limited to:
- Participate in weekly sprints to deliver functionality to support product releases and customer delivery requirements.
- Improve and refactor existing functionality to optimize edge computer performance, increase security, and simplify the overall user experience of using our products.
- Provide direct feedback to product development to steer our technical course to support upcoming trends and technologies to ensure our platforms remain supportable.
- Document new features and configuration requirements to enable product support for our sales and operations teams.
- Required - Proficient communicator via phone, TXT, and email
- Required - Creating technical documents using MS Office (or equivalent) software products.
- Required - Strong full web stack development background with .NET/C#, Angular, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON
- Strongly Preferred - Database report query using SQL (PostgreSQL)
