Work with the Industry Leader

At Eon, our mission is to make patients healthier and healthcare affordable. Eon Patient Management, or EPM as we like to call it, identifies patients with disease risk and streamlines clinical decision analysis so clinicians can work at the top of their licenses. With unique solutions across multiple disease states, we drive unprecedented adherence to care pathways, so that more patients are seen and more survive. When patients win, healthcare systems win - both clinically and
financially.

As a market leader in incidental tracking and patient management, Eon is pioneering the use of Artificial Intelligence to enable healthcare enterprises, ranging from small health systems to large, national-scale IDN’s. We have a unique and dynamic team that is focused on results, and employment opportunities both local to our Denver office, and remote based.

The Opportunity

The Eon Navigator plays a vital role in supporting healthcare organizations by ensuring accurate entry and tracking of radiology reports through the Eon platform. This position focuses on data review, quality assurance, and operational coordination to facilitate adherence to client-approved protocols and guidelines.

The Eon Navigator’s primary responsibility is to verify AI-generated findings, confirm data accuracy, and enter follow-up recommendations into the Eon platform using established, client-approved clinical guideline decision aids. This is a non clinical role that does not involve patient diagnosis, direct care, or independent clinical judgment.

In this role you will:

  • Review and validate AI-flagged radiology reports for accuracy, focusing on incidental findings or enrollment in screening programs.
  • Register reports and follow-up recommendations in the Eon application, adhering strictly to client-approved protocols and decision aids.
  • Document and communicate findings through the Eon platform, ensuring seamless coordination between patients, providers, and care teams.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives by contributing to ongoing review and process
improvement within the Care Management department.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and workflow efficiency.
  • Escalate discrepancies or unclear findings to appropriate team leads or supervisors for resolution.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred (e.g., Health Information Management, Radiologic Technology, Respiratory Therapy, or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency with Apple MacBook and Google Suite (preferred).
  • Foundational knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured protocols and guidelines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Background in healthcare data entry, quality assurance, or oncology-related roles (preferred but not required).

What this role is not:

  • This role does not involve: direct patient care, clinical decision-making, or the application of independent clinical judgment.
  • The Eon Navigator operates strictly within the scope of data validation and operational oversight, supporting care management initiatives through quality assurance and data integrity processes.

Pay rate $21.35/hr. ($65,000 annually)
