Where you’ll be:

This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.  

All About the Role:

Position is responsible for interfacing with Lowe’s, Product Lines, Accounting/Finance, and other various internal Electrolux teams to develop selling strategies to drive incremental business for respective product line(s) while maintaining target profitability levels and volume.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director with tasks related to the Food Preparation category and serve as the primary sales interface with customers to drive sales growth and achieve financial targets
  • Develop and execute strategic product line-ups and pricing strategies in coordination with Product Line/Merchandising Managers, aligned with EMA’s brand and profit objectives.
  • Lead product line reviews and collaborate with Lowe’s and EMA cross-functional teams on product development and innovation.
  • Create and implement promotional plans for In-Store and Online channels to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze performance of assigned product lines, including forecasting, promotional spend, and order/transition planning.
  • Ensure item data integrity and support item setup processes, including SKU creation and updates.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and Lowe’s, supporting business strategies with clear data and insights.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 + years of experience in sales, sales operations, and merchandising
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong analytical and financial skills with problem-solving ability
  • Proven success in sales, account management, and customer partnerships
