The Opportunity

Join Hitachi Energy as our Customer Experience Training Lead and shape how teams across the HUB learn, grow, and deliver exceptional customer value. In this role, you’ll coordinate, optimize, and deploy training programs across multiple Customer Experience functions. You’ll lead needs assessments, manage content development, and partner closely with HUB and BU leaders to ensure every program is aligned, effective, and easy to adopt. If you excel at organizing complex initiatives, guiding instructional design, and creating training that drives real results, this is your chance to make a measurable impact.

Job Title: HUB Customer Experience Training Leader

Location: Ideally based near one of the North America Factories (Jefferson City, MO; Raleigh, NC; South Boston, VA), Remote with Travel

How you’ll make an impact

  • Lead LNAs and TNAs across Customer Experience teams.

  • Translate findings into practical training requirements.

  • Manage planning, timelines, communication, and risks for training deployments.

  • Coach and lead Instructional Designer(s) to deliver high‑quality content.

  • Ensure training materials are clear, accurate, and process‑aligned.

  • Support teams in adopting and sustaining new training programs.

  • Align HUB and BU training, localizing content where needed.

  • Drive continuous improvement using feedback and performance insights.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your back‑ground

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Organizational Development, Operations, or related field.

  • 5+ years in T&D, L&D, or training program management.

  • Experience leading LNAs/TNAs and building recommendations.

  • Strong program/project management (multi‑site or cross‑functional preferred).

  • Experience managing Instructional Designers or content teams.

  • Experience developing training for Customer Experience functions is an advantage.
