We are seeking a senior Multi-Solution Architect with experience in designing and implementing Adobe Experience Cloud solutions across AEM (Sites, Assets, Edge Delivery), Workfront, Adobe Analytics, Target, AEP RTCDP, CJA, AJO, and other Adobe products. This role requires expertise in integrating Adobe solutions with other enterprise platforms, leading RFP solutioning, discovery workshops, client visits, and technical leadership for Adobe projects. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead enterprise solution architecture and define how Adobe Experience Cloud products integrate with other platforms
  • Own the solution blueprint, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and business objectives
  • Provide technical leadership in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including AEM, AEP, Workfront, Analytics, Target, CJA, AJO, and Edge Delivery
  • Conduct discovery workshops, gather business requirements, and develop scalable architecture for Adobe implementations
  • Guide development teams with hands-on technical expertise and ensure best practices in implementation, code quality, and performance tuning
  • Lead integration efforts between Adobe Experience Cloud and third-party solutions such as eCommerce, CDPs, CRMs, AI/ML platforms, and legacy systems
  • Support RFP solutioning, preparing delivery estimations, staffing plans, technical architecture decks, and scope documents for client engagements
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, handling technical presentations, client visits, and strategic roadmaps for Adobe adoption
  • Mentor and grow internal teams, fostering Adobe SME expertise across AEM, AEP, and other Adobe products
  • Oversee DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, cloud automation, and performance optimization for Adobe solutions
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and enterprise security policies

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud: AEM (Sites, DAM, Edge), Workfront, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, AEP RTCDP, CJA, AJO
  • System integration & API management: Strong experience integrating Adobe solutions with third-party platforms (eCommerce, CRM, AI/ML, DAM, CDPs)
  • Cloud & Headless CMS knowledge: Familiarity with Drupal, Sitecore, Contentful, and headless content delivery strategies
  • Enterprise authentication & security: OAuth, SAML, SSO, LDAP integration
  • Multi-solution orchestration: Ability to design personalized customer journeys across online and offline channels using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) & AEP
  • Experience migration: Large-scale content migration from other CMS platforms to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
  • Omnichannel content delivery: Strong experience with AEM Edge Delivery, Content & Experience Fragments, and headless content APIs
  • DevOps & automation: CI/CD pipelines using Adobe Cloud Manager, Jenkins, Maven etc.
  • Solutioning & stakeholder management: Ability to present solutions to clients, handle RFPs, and drive technical discussions
  • 12–16 years of experience in digital experience architecture and enterprise integration
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale Adobe Experience Cloud implementations
  • Experience with multiple CMS migrations (Drupal, Sitecore, Contentful → AEM)
  • Delivered at least 5+ AEM implementations and 3+ multi-solution Adobe Experience Cloud integrations
  • Led RFP solutioning, client workshops, and technical pre-sales discussions for Adobe projects
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in AI-powered content optimization (Adobe Sensei, AI/ML-driven personalization)
  • Hands-on expertise in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Adobe I/O Runtime & SDKs
  • Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js for AEM SPA implementations
  • Experience with Adobe GenStudio, Smart Tagging, and Scene7 for asset management
  • Understanding of AEM Forms and automation workflows
  • Hands-on Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) & Standard (ACS) integration experience
  • Adobe Certified Expert / Master Architect in AEM, AEP, Analytics, Workfront or Target

The target range of base compensation for this role is $220,000 - $300,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
