About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Global MSSP Account Executive to drive net-new business growth for our Cybersecurity Security Operations Platform. This hunter role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new opportunities with mature Service Delivery providers and MSSP partners, while supporting partner-led growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts.

The ideal candidate has experience selling cybersecurity platforms and brings a consultative, advisory-based selling approach. They can lead both technology-led and business-level discussions, articulating outcome-focused value to Service Providers and MSSPs. They understand how to position technology that enables partners to deliver managed security services, threat detection, SOC offerings, SIEM/XDR capabilities, and related security services to their customers.

This role is designed for a self-starter who thrives in complex, security-focused consultative selling engagements with both technology and business sponsors. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to develop pipeline, build new relationships, and create net-new business opportunities in a fast-paced and competitive cybersecurity market.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive net-new logo acquisition through proactive outbound prospecting and territory development
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans within assigned territory/accounts
  • Build relationships with CISOs, Security Leaders, IT teams, and executive stakeholders
  • Position MSSP and cybersecurity solutions aligned to customer security challenges and business outcomes
  • Conduct discovery meetings, presentations, and solution discussions both virtually and in-person as needed
  • Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success teams
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets

Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B technology sales experience
  • 3+ years of cybersecurity or MSSP sales experience
  • Proven success in hunter/new business acquisition roles
  • Experience selling managed security services, SOC services, SIEM, XDR, MDR, cloud security, or related cybersecurity solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills
  • Consistent track record of quota attainment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into enterprise or mid-market organizations
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and threat landscapes
  • Experience working with channel partners, service providers and  MSSP ecosystems
  • Knowledge of modern security operations and detection/response solutions

The salary for this role will be between $240,000 to $320,000 OTE (on-target earnings) with a 50/50 split including bonus and equity. The salary at offer will be determined by a number of factors such as candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
