Position Summary
As the Partner Marketing Manager for MSPs, you will report to the Head of Field and Partner Marketing and play a key role in defining and executing the MSP go-to-market (GTM) strategy. Working closely with the MSP team, you will develop and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives that attract, convert, and activate high-value MSP partners. Your efforts will drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our solutions within the MSP ecosystem.
Location: Remote (U.S.-based) - Must reside in Eastern or Central Time Zones
What You'll Do • Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to recruit and activate MSP partners.• Lead the strategy and execution of MSP recruitment-focused events, sponsorships, and webinars to increase partner engagement.• Collaborate with the Creative Team to produce compelling content, including whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.• Plan and manage digital ad campaigns (LinkedIn, YouTube, paid search) targeting MSP decision-makers.• Work closely with the MSP Team Leader to align marketing efforts with partner activation and revenue goals.• Track and analyze key partner marketing KPIs, using insights to optimize campaigns and enablement strategies.• Support a key MSP partner in their Lansweeper Resell GTM motion.• Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
What You'll Do You'll Thrive in This Role If You Have: • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.• 3-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in partner marketing, demand generation, or channel programs within high-tech or SaaS.• A strong understanding of MSP business models, partner sales motions, and go-to-market strategies.• Experience with sales and marketing technology tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot).• Knowledge of paid & social media platforms (e.g., Google, Bing, LinkedIn) and/or partner-focused media (e.g., CRN, Channel Futures, Foundry).• A self-starter mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced, global environment.• Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in another language is a plus).• The ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Preferred Experience: • Previous experience in MSP or channel partner recruitment and enablement.• A proven track record of executing partner acquisition campaigns, webinars, and events.• Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
