What You’ll Do:

The Quality team at CoreWeave plays a critical role in maintaining the highest standards across our operations, ensuring that products and processes meet customer and industry expectations. We partner closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations teams to identify, resolve, and prevent issues that impact performance.

About the role

As the MRB Coordinator, you’ll own the end-to-end process of vendor product returns, from initial identification through closure of return material authorizations (RMA). In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day ticketing, coordinate across vendor portals, and keep stakeholders updated on return progress. You’ll track and analyze return trends, support data collection, reporting metrics around performance, run MRB inventory reports, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement improvements that reduce returns and drive efficiency. This is a detail-oriented, hands-on role where your work will have direct impact on quality outcomes and vendor relationships.

Who You Are: (This section has to be the technical and measurable requirement of the role, soft skills cannot be measured) 

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality control or RMA management (manufacturing or data center environment preferred)
  • Proficient with ERP systems (Netsuite preferred)
  • Skilled in ticket management tools (Jira, Zendesk, etc.)
  • Strong analytical ability to identify data trends and support corrective actions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

Preferred: 

  • Experience in the High Performance Compute sector

The base salary range for this role is $81,000 to $121,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration.
