Partner and support the field sales team with quoting commitments ensuring quotes are successfully accepted without revisions
Coordinate approvals across all functional teams to meet customer deadlines and expectations
Attend all product and tool training courses to become an expert in navigating both
Proactively seek training opportunities when changes arise in modality
Process quotes requests within agreed upon SLAs in order to support commercial objectives
Drive continuous improvement on all related processes to ensure standardization and simplification
Enable team culture and drive organization to improve customer / client satisfaction levels and responsiveness
College degree OR High School diploma / GED and 2+ years of experience in customer service or field support role
Proficient use of Microsoft Office
Demonstrated experience working under pressure against tight deadlines, with accuracy
Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service
Ability to work hybrid, coming into the office when needed
Working knowledge of SalesForce.com
Experience working directly with sales representatives
Medical equipment knowledge

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $56,000.00-$84,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
