Job Description Summary

The Mobile Engineering Operations Specialist will provide critical day-to-day operational support to Cushman & Wakefield’s Mobile Engineering service line. This role encompasses compliance monitoring, operational reporting, metrics development, invoicing and spend analysis, infrastructure management, and administrative support for technicians and the Mobile Engineering Manager.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Mobile Engineering Manager to provide operational support and guidance to all mobile engineering team members.
  • Ensure compliance with client administrative requirements while maintaining alignment with Cushman & Wakefield corporate policies.
  • Oversee internal controls and manage processes for work order scheduling, communication protocols, and dispatch coordination.
  • Maintain and update the CMMS database in collaboration with account coordinators and facility managers.
  • Track, analyze, and report on operational metrics, pricing, invoice inquiries, and compliance areas such as timecards, vehicle usage, fuel consumption, productivity, mobile device usage, purchasing card activity, safety, and billing accuracy.
  • Coordinate technician onboarding and offboarding, including distribution and tracking of tools, uniforms, hardware/software, vehicles, and required documentation.
  • Support financial reviews, prepare dashboards, and participate in client meetings as needed.
  • Monitor performance to ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or equivalent six of experience in Facilities Management or related workplace operations, including asset management.
  • Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) with hands-on experience in system administration and reporting.
  • Preferred background in HVAC and/or electrical systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable metrics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to provide technical guidance to remote teams across multiple time zones.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn emerging technologies and digital tools.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 68,000.00 - $80,000.00
