Role Summary:
The Migration Support Specialist ensures a seamless transition for partners moving their data, documents, and workflows into Filevine’s platform. This role bridges the technical migration process with partner support, helping ensure data integrity, reduce downtime, and build confidence in Filevine during a critical stage of adoption.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary support resource for partners during migration, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth progress.
- Assist with data validation and quality assurance, confirming migrated information matches client expectations and Filevine standards.
- Monitor migration workflows and escalate issues to technical teams when necessary.
- Document requirements and migration processes for internal reference.
- Train and guide partners on how to review migrated data and report discrepancies.
- Collaborate with implementation managers, partners, and internal migration teams to maintain project alignment.
- Track and report on migration status, risks, and blockers to ensure deadlines are met.
- Identify recurring issues and propose process or tool improvements.
- Support testing and rollout of new migration tools or methods.
Qualifications
- Experienced with data migration (file structures, databases, data validation, QA).
- Ability to manage multiple migration projects simultaneously and prioritize under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with CloverDX is preferred
Compensation Information: $100,000 - $120,000
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. The total compensation package for this position will be determined by each individual’s location, qualifications, education, work experience, skills and performance. We believe in the importance of pay equity - the range listed is just one component of Filevine’s total compensation package for employees. This position is also eligible for a paid time off policy, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
