Position Summary: 

The RVP of the Mid-Atlantic region will primarily focus on developing and expanding relationships with law firms across the region while providing oversight and guidance to provider relationships. This role requires strategic business development, team leadership, and the ability to work with   law firms and healthcare providers. The RVP will drive new business growth, strengthen firm partnerships, and ensure MoveDocs’ solutions are positioned as the preferred choice in the market. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Law Firm Development: 
    • Identify, prioritize, and develop high-value law firm relationships to drive MoveDocs adoption as a preferred solution. 
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for top accounts and strategic partners in the Mid-Atlantic region. 
    • Leverage data from Salesforce and Power BI to track firm activity, identify growth opportunities, and optimize engagement strategies. 
    • Build and execute regional growth plans that balance acquisition of new firms with expansion of existing firm relationships. 
  • Provider Oversight: 
    • Support the provider relationships by ensuring smooth collaboration between firms and providers. 
    • Address escalations and complex situations involving providers in coordination with internal teams. 
    • Leadership & Team Management: 
    • Lead, mentor, and support Attorney Business Development Executives in the region. 
    • Foster a culture of accountability, high performance, and professional representation. 
  • Operational Excellence: 
    • Monitor performance metrics for law firm growth and provider activity. 
    • Ensure compliance with MoveDocs policies, processes, and agreements. 
    • Serve as escalation point for complex client or provider issues. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: 
    • Partner with National Account Executives, Senior Leadership, and internal teams to drive market initiatives. 
    • Share insights and best practices across regions to improve overall strategy. 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in law firm business development, account management, or provider development (legal experience is a strong advantage). 
  • Demonstrated ability to grow strategic accounts and influence senior decision-makers. 
  • Experience managing teams and providing mentorship to sales or account staff. 
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills and ability to use Salesforce and Power BI to drive decisions. 
  • Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills. 
  • Comfortable traveling frequently within the Mid-Atlantic region. 
  • Ability to effectively meet goals while working remotely in a self-motivated environment. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with acute listening ability. 

Requirements
  • B.A or B.S. degree or requisite industry experience required.
  • 8+ years of sales experience with proven track record of success in leading high performing teams. 
  • 50%+ travel throughout the region.
