Job Overview:

 

As a Lead Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment you will work with solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design.

Responsibilities

As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Lead Technical Consultant, you will be part of a team that is focused on the delivery and implementation of Microsoft D365 and the Power Platform for clients. 

  • In this role, you’ll spend most of your time consulting directly with our clients and developing business solutions. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with the latest Microsoft technologies and solutions in enterprise-level environments. You will design and implement high-quality business applications and platform solutions that include such activities as:
  • Lead client meetings and/or facilitated strategy sessions
  • Working with customers to analyze business requirements, defining functional specifications, and consulting with clients on strategic and operational uses of the D365 platform
  • Developing high level project work plans
  • Developing robust design and functionality of the platform
  • Building integration solutions for backend services and back office/ERP applications
  • Identifying creative solutions to meet system/business requirements with and without the development of custom code
  • Developing data conversion and testing strategies
  • Training client personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CE
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution.
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus.
  • A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have Power Platform/Dataverse/D365 CE architecture, design, implementation, and deployment experience in delivering enterprise level solutions. You’ll be able to develop software based on the description of business logic and the existing application.  We’d be thrilled to learn that you have these core skills, interests and experience:
•    Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication, and time management skills
•    Good work ethic and self-starting attitude, and ability to work well among a team of professionals
•    Ability to perform in customer settings and discern client business needs
•    Strong analytical, solution design and problem-solving skills
•    Desire to work in a team environment and work across organization functional boundaries
•    Ability to work capably under stress and to juggle multiple tasks within tight deadlines
•    Deep understanding of response marketing and CRM best practices
•    Experience with Agile development methodology and tools
•    General understanding of full lifecycle development of a Dynamics 365 project
•    5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
•    5+ years of implementation experience in medium to large scale (100+ users) environments
•    3+ years of Implementation experience in Azure technologies
•    Experience developing canvas and model driven Power Apps; 2-3+ years is preferred
•    Experience with Dataverse; 2-3+ years is preferred
•    Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE customization, workflows and .NET integration
•    Working knowledge of the web resource capabilities within Dynamics 365
•    Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate licensing plans and features included in different plans
•    Understanding of the Microsoft and software technologies, including .NET development, SQL Server system integration technologies and techniques, SOA, design patterns (MVC, MVP)
•    A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years of IT experience
•    Microsoft certifications such as MB-910, MB-210, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $125,000- $150,090. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
