The Role 

Ludia Consulting is actively seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant that takes an end-to-end, process-based approach to investigate their client’s crucial business challenges. Functional Consultants are challenged to understand and respond to clients' varied business needs and work with clients to rapidly enhance the internal capabilities needed to improve operational and process performance. As a Supply Chain Functional Consultant in the Dynamics 365 practice, you will use your business process knowledge and operations consulting skills to quantitatively analyze issues and drive solutions to transform our client's business.

Essential Functions

  • Create business performance and process diagnostics and assessments.
  • Attending and developing implementation design sessions with customers for Warehouse, Supply Chain and Transportation Management (TMS) processes.
  • Configure, test and train customers on D365F&SC warehouse, supply chain and TMS implementation solution design.
  • Document high-level requirements to discuss with developers for technical feasibility to estimate time and delivery estimates.
  • Write comprehensive developer tasks with defined requirements for successful execution.
  • Developing and testing of detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes, e.g.
    • Implement product information management
    • Implement Manufacturing/Distribution
    • Implement inventory management
    • Implement and manage supply chain processes
    • Implement (advanced) warehouse management and transportation management
    • Implement Master planning
  • Identify functional gaps and conflicts in requirements and drive toward a solution.
  • Coordinating with technical staff for application build, test, and deploy activities.
  • Assist and/or lead planning and executing data conversion activities.
  • Drive test planning and execution.
  • Project and program management that exhibits leadership in process re-engineering and implementation of a process, technology, strategy, and organizational changes.

Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Business or technology related BA/BS
  • 4+ years of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations/Finance & Supply Chain/AX2012 implementation experience or corresponding Supply Chain / Warehouse/ Manufacturing experience with a full lifecycle implementation.
  • Experience with at least 3 full end to end ERP implementation.
  • Experience participating in requirements gathering process for IT systems.
  • Working knowledge of at least one software development methodology.
  • Clear and concise oral and written communication.
  • Ability to lead people, teams, and projects.
  • Understanding aspects of business management and strategic evaluation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Visio.
  • High motivation and work philosophy.
  • Able to work independently and take personal responsibility.

Desirable Experience

  • Master's degree in business or technology
  • Dynamics 365 Certifications (F&O/F&SC or CE/FS)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project
  • 5+ years Warehouse Management Experience or 5+ years Supply Chain Management Experience
