As a D365 Functional Solution Architect you will...
- Act as Functional Solution Architect (FSA) on projects while implementing various modules of D365 for Finance and Operations
- Lead the D365 Finance/Project Accounting Workstream
- Perform the Solution Advisory/Solution Architect role in the analysis phase of a D365 F&O implementation
- Conduct Business Process Analysis (BPA) workshops
- Accurately estimate entire enterprise-level projects along with appropriate resources and skillsets required
- Conduct Business Process Analysis (BPA), create the Solution Blueprint document and perform Fit/Gap analysis
- Act as solution advisor to the project during design/development, testing and deployment phases
- Ensure a formal process is in place for testing and issues resolution, specifically around the functional architecture and integration points of the implementation
- Finalize and sign-off on functional specifications, unit and system test scripts, and deployment plans Ensure training will cover all relevant topics allowing client successful use and maintenance of the application
- Act as escalation point for all support issues during and after a project
- Adhere to and improve implementation methodology as the business paradigm changes; Share best practices with team
- Travel as the needs of clients and our business dictate

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8+ years combined experience with Microsoft D365 F&O implementations, application deployment and architecting complex enterprise systems
- Project experience including assessment and analysis, designing business case development, envisioning, planning, deployment, benefits analysis, etc.
- Strong background in ERP concepts, such as finance, project management and accounting
- Ability to translate requirements created by the business and functional analysts into the architecture for the solution
- Hands-on experience with multi-phase, multi-country, enterprise-wide implementations
- Proven record of delivering information systems business value at an executive level
- Ability to be the trusted voice at the decision-making table
- Deep understanding of the manufacturing industry
- Working knowledge of ISV solutions
- Ability to move between high-level architectural review/design and the "roll up the sleeves" level of performing all phases of an application delivery project
