Your Impact
The Manager role will lead strategic research plans and guide analysts to execute research projects seamlessly, with support from research vendors. The Manager will be a student of the business and support business partners with relevant insights by understanding their ongoing business challenges and translate insights into strategies and actions.
What You Will Do
  • Creates annual strategic learning plans with business areas supported (e.g., Pro, Install Services, Digital, Stores) to make sure all critical insight needs are covered, and guide work planning for analyst team
  • Delegates execution of work to senior analyst team, and coaches more junior team members in new research methodologies, analysis, storytelling, and relationship management
  • Designs and executes large strategic research initiatives, and summarizes research insights alongside other data inputs to tell a cohesive story and drive to impact
  • Ensures research output and analysis is high-quality and error free, while also delivered in a simple and compelling narrative
  • Proactively identifies data sources that are needed to round out complete understanding of the customer (or consumer), and synthesizes data analysis to guide decision making
  • Lead without authority by working with immediate team and across the enterprise to achieve both the project-specific goals, and the enterprise goals.
  • Acts as a consistent advocate for the end-customer, helping business partners put themselves in the Lowe's customers' shoes
  • Stays current on best-in-class research providers, techniques, tools, and innovations - in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree Marketing, Business, Analytics, or Economic fields or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 7 Years Marketing, Insights/Analytics or Strategy Experience
  • 1-3 Years leadership experience
