This economic edge unleashes a world of possibilities for growth and innovation.

At Rokt, we practice transparency in career paths and compensation. We believe in transparency, which is why we have a well-defined career ladder with transparent compensation and clear career paths based on competency and ability. Rokt’stars constantly strive to raise the bar, pushing the envelope of what is possible.

We are looking for a Metrics and Integrations Analyst

Total compensation ranges from $157,000-$170,000, including a fixed annual salary of $140,000-$153,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

About the Role:

The Metrics team within Rokt’s Research & Development organization is the company’s source‑of‑truth layer for how we measure the business. We define and steward critical Rokt metrics, own the core pipelines that produce them at scale, and uphold accuracy, scalability, and data quality through rigorous testing and governance. We also provide visibility into integration health by building pipelines, dashboards, and alerts that monitor client conversion data (e.g., EMQ and AQS scores) so issues are detected and addressed proactively. Our customers are engineers, product managers, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams who rely on our models and definitions for experimentation, reporting, and day‑to‑day decisions.

As a Metrics and Attribution Analyst, you'll create dashboards and pre/post analyses to explain how global metric changes (e.g., model updates, product releases) and customer-specific changes impact campaign performance. You’ll own integration success measurement (ensuring integration health scores correlate with campaign outcomes), understand attribution/identity effects on performance, and advise stakeholders on SSOT (Single Source of Truth) metrics and the data needed for trustworthy experimentation.

You’ll partner closely with engineers, product managers, data scientists, and GTM stakeholders across Rokt’s Research & Development organization to enable self-serve insights and consistent decision-making.

What You'll Do:

  • Dashboarding & reporting: Build clear, self-serve dashboards and recurring reports that quantify pre vs. post impact from global changes and customer integration updates; surface drivers and recommended actions.
  • Own integration success measurement: Define, compute, and monitor integration health (e.g., EMQ, AQS); demonstrate correlation with campaign performance and set thresholds, playbooks, and alerts.
  • Customer measurement setup: point of contact for GTM teams for custom products integrations with attribution and identity tracking ensuring successful set up and tracking
  • Own and manage the analytical backlog, working with product and GTM leaders to prioritize investigations, new metrics dashboard development, and setup improvements based on quantified business impact.
  • Performance investigations: Be the first call when something looks off—separate attribution changes from data quality or integration issues; deliver crisp root cause analyses (RCAs) with quantified impact and remediation.
  • Attribution & identity analytics: Explain how different attribution rules and experiment set up choices affect measured performance; identify when performance is truly optimized vs. an artifact of measurement.

Requirements

About You:

  • Expert-level SQL (3+ years of experience): Ability to write complex, performant queries to extract and manipulate data from large-scale data warehouses (e.g., Trino, BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
  • Data Visualization & BI: Mastery of a business intelligence tool (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to build clear, automated, and self-serve dashboards.
  • Integration & Data Quality: Experience defining and monitoring technical integration health metrics (e.g., event match quality, data latency) and correlating them to business KPIs
  • Critical Thinking: A hypothesis-driven mindset. The ability to move beyond what happened to explain why it happened and recommend a clear course of action.
  • Tech you'll use: SQL • Python • Airflow • Git/GitHub • Trino / Clickhouse • Spark • Datahub Kafka (nice to have) • Terraform (nice to have)

Nice to have:

  • Attribution Knowledge: A deep understanding of digital advertising attribution models (e.g., last-click, multi-touch, data-driven) and the ability to explain how they impact performance metrics.
  • AdTech Data & Identity: Familiarity with advertising data collection (pixels, APIs, S2S), identity solutions, and ID graphs.
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, guardrail metrics) and causal inference basics.
  • Domain experience in ecommerce / adtech / performance marketing.
