As a Measurement Partner, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our advertising solutions by providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations, reports and thought leadership to help support several main business areas of the DICK’S Media Network. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to explain the effectiveness of our advertising products, helping clients understand the impact of their campaigns and optimize their strategies for maximizing their marketing investments.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Insights Generation & Thought Leadership

  • Analyze complex datasets to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns across various platforms within the DICK’S Media Network

  • Generate actionable, aggregated, insights (case studies, aggregated insights, etc.) from advertising campaigns and reports to help assist sales and account teams with actionable insights

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, used for reporting and presentations that clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Serve as a thought leader in the industry by staying updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in advertising measurement

  • Research and provide feedback to cross functional teams on ad measurement industry trends and new tools

Measurement Consultation & Strategy Development

  • As needed, assist with client needs to educate advertising partners on measurement methodologies, tools, and best practices

  • Partner with clients to understand their business objectives, KPIs, and challenges, providing actionable recommendations and strategies

  • Assist with developing workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate DMN partners on measurement best practices and new advertising solutions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams such as Product, Engineering and Sales to create measurement frameworks and that scale across the business

  • Collaborate with product teams to provide feedback on measurement tools and identify opportunities for product improvement

  • Liaise with the sales team to provide measurement expertise helping to prepare for upcoming pitches and negotiations

Project Management

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of ad hoc measurement projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output

  • Assist with strategy projects as needed, working with cross-functional stakeholders across operations, sales and strategy teams

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree Business or similar

  • 5-7 years experience Analytics, Reporting, Ad Measurement

  • Experience with Media Reporting Tools

  • Experience working with business intelligence tools (i.e. Tableau)

  • Understanding of how to work with large data sets

  • Strong understanding of how to report on advertising performance metrics

  • Experience working with client facing teams and technical teams

Targeted Pay Range: $95,200.00 - $158,800.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
