Job Description Summary

Job Description

We are seeking a MDM Solution Architect to design, lead, and implement an enterprise-wide Master Data Management (MDM) platform. This role combines thought leadership with hands-on technical execution, supporting the design, build, and operationalization of trusted master data across multiple domains, including Property 360, Client 360, and Reference Data.
The Solution Architect will report to the MDM Product Owner and collaborate closely with MDM Administrators, technical data stewards, integration developers, and downstream platform teams to ensure master data is accurate, governed, scalable, and consumable across the enterprise.
This role is ideal for someone who is deeply fluent in Profisee and has object-oriented programming skills for maintaining the MDM data services and middleware, and who has experience owning architecture and delivery across modern cloud and legacy data ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Platform Design

  • Define and own the MDM data architecture across multiple master data domains
  • Design and document MDM data flows, integration patterns, and dependencies
  • Establish best practices for data modeling, domain design, and extensibility
  • Develop and maintain data syndication and data services in Profisee, SQL, Python, and .Net technologies

Integration & Data Pipelines

  • Design and build integration patterns to ingest and syndicate trusted master data between the MDM platform and enterprise systems, including:
  • Salesforce
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Azure Synapse
  • Databricks data lakehouse
  • Ensure master data is reliably consumed downstream by analytics, operational, and reporting platforms

MDM Configuration & Governance

  • Define and implement:
  • Data quality rules
  • Stewardship workflows
  • Matching and survivorship logic
  • Develop stewardship user interfaces to support data governance and operational workflows
  • Support data profiling and analysis to assess data readiness and quality

Platform Operations & Delivery

  • Manage the technical administration of the MDM platform
  • Oversee MDM environments (development, test, production)
  • Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for the MDM platform configuration and deployment
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, tune performance, and drive continuous improvement

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable MDM solutions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on MDM strategy, implementation, and platform evolution

Required Qualifications

  • Deep expertise with the Profisee platform and core MDM concepts
  • Strong technical skills in:
  • SQL
  • Data modeling
  • Data integration and pipelines
  • .NET
  • C#
  • Python
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise MDM solutions across multiple domains
  • Strong consultative and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical needs
  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Azure-based data architectures
  • Experience supporting Property, Client, or Reference data domains
  • Profisee certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a mathematically focused science discipline
  • Ability to work comfortably in US EST or CST time zones

What Success Looks Like

  • Profisee is a trusted system of record for master data across the enterprise
  • Data quality, matching, and survivorship rules are transparent, documented, and scalable
  • Downstream systems consistently consume accurate, governed master data
  • Stewardship workflows are intuitive and actively used
  • MDM capabilities evolve in lockstep with business and platform needs
