Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) QA Engineer to join our Supply Chain Practice. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing Manhattan Active WM implementations, enhancements, and production support. The candidate should possess strong warehouse domain knowledge and be capable of creating comprehensive test strategies, executing functional and integration testing, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
  • Develop Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scenarios.
  • Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Validate inbound, outbound, inventory, replenishment, allocation, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Test warehouse RF transactions, mobile applications, and handheld devices.
  • Execute API, event, and interface testing between MAWM and external systems such as ERP, OMS, TMS, WCS/WES, and automation equipment.
  • Validate integrations using REST APIs, Postman, JSON, XML, and message queues.
  • Identify, log, and track defects through Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Work closely with developers, configuration consultants, business analysts, and business users.
  • Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
