Job Title: Martech Engineer 2, Adobe

Compensation: $115,000 to $145,000

Location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.

Adswerve is looking for a Martech Engineer to support strategic client implementations and optimization initiatives across the Adobe Experience Cloud, with a focus on Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Real-Time Customer Data Platform (CDP). You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them design and execute personalized, data-driven experiences and work cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and analytics stakeholders to guide architecture decisions, ensure successful deployments, and maximize the value of the AEP ecosystem.

Responsibilities: 

  • Participate in discovery sessions, solution design, and roadmap development tailored to the client’s use cases.
  • Design and guide implementation of A/B tests and personalized experiences via Adobe Target.
  • Consult on audience targeting strategies and test planning.
  • Provide hands-on configuration or review of Target activities and integrations with AEP/CDP.
  • Support the creation of omnichannel customer journeys leveraging real-time data triggers and decisioning.
  • Advise on data ingestion, identity resolution, and real-time profile architecture.
  • Guide the creation of scalable segmentation strategies for activation across channels.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy policies and governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with client development teams and solution architects to ensure successful technical implementation.
  • Support QA, UAT, and troubleshooting across AEP integrations and use cases.
  • Deliver documentation, training materials, and ongoing strategic recommendations.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of consulting or implementation experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer or Adobe Campaign
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar web technologies.
  • Experience with Adobe Launch and Adobe Experience Platform.
  • Experience leading client engagements from discovery to deployment.
  • Proficiency with APIs, JavaScript, and web technologies relevant to platform integrations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Adobe Certifications in Target, AEP, or AJO.
  • Proficiency with SQL and creating data models and schemas.
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping, personalization strategies, and lifecycle marketing.

This position pays a base salary of $115,000 to $145,000 per year. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
