As a Marketplace Assistant Manager, you’ll support day-to-day operations of our Digital Automotive Auction Marketplace, helping to streamline workflows, and ensure a top-tier experience for both buyers and sellers. This is a dynamic role with a wide range of responsibilities, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, and has a passion for cars and online commerce.

What you’ll do
- Assist in managing daily auction operations, including listing workflows, seller onboarding, and quality assurance.
- Lead, support and develop a motivated team of 3-5 Marketplace Coordinators and Specialist, encouraging open communication and idea sharing on how to best bring listings to auction each day
- Oversee customer interactions, ensuring timely, professional, and helpful support for buyers and sellers.
- Analyze auction performance metrics and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Help coordinate logistics for vehicle documentation, title transfers, and post-sale processes.
- Support the business in implementing strategic initiatives and process improvements.
- Optimize the conversion rate of each of our Marketplace Coordinators and Specialist.
- Oversee the post-sale process, working with buyers/sellers to ensure a successful transaction.
This might describe you
- Experienced in operations, customer success, e-commerce, or related field.
- People management experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
- Comfortable with digital tools (e.g., CRM platforms, spreadsheets, CMS).
- A genuine interest in collector cars or automotive culture is a strong plus.
- Experience in online auction platforms or marketplaces is a bonus.

- This position can be worked as a remote position within the United States.
- Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
