Blue Acorn iCi is seeking an experienced Adobe Marketo Consultant to spearhead the design, deployment, and enhancement of marketing automation solutions using Adobe Marketo Engage. This role will be instrumental in managing sophisticated marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth system integrations, and advancing digital marketing efforts that align with business growth objectives. Expertise in Marketo, Campaign Classic, and Campaign Ops is essential, along with strategic leadership in data governance, campaign execution, and system optimization.

The ideal candidate is a performance-focused professional with extensive experience in enterprise-level Marketo implementations, data migration, and advanced marketing methodologies. A strong commitment to marketing automation excellence and continuous innovation is key to thriving in this role.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture and execution of advanced marketing automation strategies using Adobe Marketo Engage.
  • Ensure seamless integration and functionality across Campaign Classic and Campaign Ops platforms.
  • Manage technical operations within Marketo, including database health, lead lifecycle management, and platform scalability.
  • Design and implement integrations between Marketo and enterprise systems such as CRM, analytics, and CMS platforms.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven marketing campaigns that support strategic business goals.
  • Provide leadership in data governance, ensuring compliance and maintaining data quality standards.
  • Interpret marketing data to uncover insights that drive campaign optimization and strategic decisions.
  • Conduct routine system audits to identify areas for improvement and enforce best practices in automation.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, promoting a culture of learning and collaboration.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends to continuously evolve marketing automation capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, with a focus on Adobe Marketo Engage.
  • Deep knowledge of Campaign Classic, Campaign Ops, and data governance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale Marketo deployments, including complex integrations and global consolidations.
  • Proficiency in lead scoring, segmentation, nurturing workflows, and email marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing insights.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience engaging stakeholders across all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Adobe Certified Professional – Marketo Engage.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, multi-touch attribution models, and enterprise campaign planning.
  • Proven ability to manage data migration projects involving Marketo and other enterprise platforms.
  • Familiarity with the broader MarTech landscape and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience with Workfront and Workfront Fusion integrations.
