Marketing Transitions Associate, New Development

As a Marketing Transitions Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the seamless transition of new properties into our portfolio. You will be responsible for supporting property onboarding, ensuring accurate digital presence across various platforms, managing marketing materials, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize property performance. Additionally, this position will oversee the marketing transition and digital presence of New Development acquisitions, ensuring a smooth and strategic launch. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about digital marketing and property branding.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Property Onboarding & Marketing Support:
  • Assist in the development and execution of transition marketing strategies for newly acquired properties.
  • Support property onboarding by coordinating and ordering marketing materials, including logos, photos, social media access, and domain registrations.
  • Collaborate with design vendors and internal teams to ensure branding consistency across all materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and provide property-specific marketing recommendations.
  • Oversee the marketing transition of New Development acquisitions, ensuring the proper setup of digital assets and brand alignment.
Digital Presence & Listing Management:
  • Maintain accurate property profiles by ensuring that Internet Listing Services (ILS), Google Business Profiles (GBP), and social media accounts are updated and aligned.
  • Conduct regular audits of ILS platforms (e.g., Apartments.com, Zillow) to verify correct listings and accurate property information.
  • Work with the New Development team to set up and optimize new social media accounts, splash pages, and Google My Business (GMB) profiles.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of post-transition efforts.
  • Work alongside the Marketing Transitions Manager to analyze lead data and provide recommendations for improving lead generation strategies.
  • Assist with online reputation efforts by analyzing property reviews and recommending strategies to enhance digital curb appeal.
Special Projects:
  • Assist with property Branding efforts, ensuring consistency across digital platforms and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate on strategies for community engagement during rebrands and transitions.
  • Provide ongoing recommendations to improve marketing efficiency and performance.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, property management, or digital advertising.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Google Business Profile management.
  • Experience with ILS platforms such as Apartments.com, Zillow, and RentCafe is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Asset Living is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the remote nature of this position and includes the range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; etc. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would be near the top end of the compensation range, but that decision will be dependent on the facts associated with each specific individual’s relevant experience for the role.  A reasonable estimate of the range is $55,000.00-$55,000.00.
