About the Team

At Stitch Fix, we're transforming the way people find what they love by combining technology, data science, and the human instincts of a Stylist. The Marketing Tech team plays a crucial role in this mission, focusing on driving deeper personalization and messaging for our clients.

Our purpose is to make every client feel seen, understood, and inspired through timely, personalized communication that reflects who they are and what they care about. We build the intelligent, multi-channel communication platform that serves as the central nervous system for our client experience powering everything from the message that welcomes them to Stitch Fix, to the personalized interactions that help them discover new styles, to the feedback loops that deepen our understanding. By partnering closely with Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering, we move beyond traditional marketing campaigns to create timely, personal, and valuable conversations that foster trust and drive long-term loyalty.

About the Role

Stitch Fix is transforming the way people find what they love—and we’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Marketing Technology Product Manager to join our Client Experience product team. In this high-impact role, you will lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our CRM and Growth Marketing capabilities, driving deeper engagement with our clients through personalized communication, retention journeys, marketing acquisition and lifecycle marketing.

As a Product Manager, you’ll operate at the intersection of Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering to elevate our CRM and broader MarTech platforms into best-in-class systems that scale with our business. You'll ensure we’re leveraging the right channels, at the right moments, with the right messages to deepen our relationships with millions of clients—while also managing system performance, governance, and vendor partnerships.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
    • Own the CRM and Growth Marketing product strategy and roadmap, driving impact across segmentation, automation, targeting, and personalization efforts.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align digital marketing goals with product outcomes, ensuring both strategic and tactical needs are met.
    • Partner with Technology and Data Science teams to align CRM/MarTech architecture with our broader digital and data platform strategy.
    • Serve as an administrator and subject matter expert on key MarTech platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Blueshift, Google Tag Manager), with responsibility for operational integrity and workflow mapping.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends across the marketing technology landscape, evaluating tools such as CDP, DSPs, analytics, mobile engagement platforms, and more.
    • Define and manage business requirements for new investments and enhancements to marketing technology tools—advising on both platform capabilities and business process optimization.
    • Oversee governance and performance of critical MarTech systems, including integrations, data quality, and campaign reliability.
    • Manage vendor relationships to maximize ROI from MarTech platforms, ensuring they meet organizational performance standards and support long-term business growth.
    • Train and support marketing staff in the effective and compliant use of marketing technologies.
    • Monitor and maintain data quality across CRM systems to ensure high deliverability, personalization accuracy, and user trust.
    • Collaborate with program managers and developers to establish timelines, prioritize features, and ensure delivery of projects with high business impact.
    • Identify and automate time-consuming internal processes, championing scalable, sustainable solutions across the marketing and product stack.
We’re excited about you because…
  • You have 5+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years specifically focused on CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing acquisition or MarTech platforms.
  • You bring proven experience leading CRM and digital marketing technology implementations, including tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Blueshift, Singular, and Looker.
  • You’re deeply familiar with data-driven marketing and personalization strategies, and how to design systems that support these approaches at scale.
  • You understand how to design and manage integrated MarTech stacks, including ad servers, analytics platforms, CMS, CRMs, mobile tooling, and automation workflows.
  • You’re a strong cross-functional partner, especially to Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics, and you know how to align teams toward common goals.
  • You thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments and can manage changing priorities while staying grounded in outcomes.
  • You are a natural problem-solver, highly analytical, and energized by both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • You bring a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and care for the client—you’re building systems that touch millions of people.
Why you'll love working at Stitch Fix...
  • We are a group of bright, kind people who are motivated by challenge. We value integrity, innovation and trust. You’ll bring these characteristics to life in everything you do at Stitch Fix.
  • We cultivate a community of diverse perspectives— all voices are heard and valued.
  • We are an innovative company and leverage our strengths in fashion and tech to disrupt the future of retail.
  • We win as a team, commit to our work, and celebrate grit together because we value strong relationships.
  • We boldly create the future while keeping equity and sustainability at the center of all that we do.
  • We are the owners of our work and are energized by solving problems through a growth mindset lens. We think broadly and creatively through every situation to create meaningful impact.
