JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you ready to elevate your career and join a dynamic team? Alston & Bird is searching for a Marketing Technology Coordinator to be a crucial part of our Marketing & Business Development team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Assist with maintaining and updating data in the firm’s CRM, knowledge management system, website and blogs.
- Process data change management tickets and resolve conflicting information within the firm’s CRM and knowledge management platforms.
- Maintain, organize, and audit marketing databases, lists, and records to ensure information is accessible and accurate.
- Follow data standards, processes, and procedures.
- Communicate with end users to validate information and follow proper procedures in all general clean-up projects.
- Provide administrative and project support to the Marketing Technology team.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and client opportunities to support business development efforts.
- Additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years working in a professional service environment preferred.
- CRM experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and WordPress.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
