About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant in the Marketing Content product area within the Enterprise Marketing Services product group. This team focuses on supporting and enhancing the marketing technology used by marketing partners through simplification, controls and improved effectiveness.
In this role, you will:
- Drive fact-based insights leading to superior operational solutions for the marketing technology used across marketing roles at the company, with a focus on specific marketing content products. Salesforce Marketing Cloud is used to develop and deliver enterprise-wide email campaigns and Local Listings enables to company to sustain a high level of accuracy with its location information provided to publishers such as Google and Apple.
- Perform assessments through fact finding, quantitative and qualitative assessments to formulate creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations. These assessments will include current state processes and operations as well as the evaluation of new vendor features.
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
- Collaborate and consult with key members of the Product, Marketing Execution, Marketing Channels and other key partners to identify and align on strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Marketing Technology, particularly with creating email marketing using a tool such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- 4+ years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platform experience with planning and creating marketing campaigns
- Ability to combine technical and business acumen related to the function of marketing and its end-to-end marketing developing process and the ability to translate business requirements into new or revised business processes.
- Knowledge and understanding of the marketing process used to create marketing programs, and workflow-based marketing technology platforms such as Aprimo
- 4 + years of experience with quantitative analysis
- Experience with fact finding and quantitative analyses and executive-level discussions with conclusions.
- Experience working in a product agile environment
- Experience working across large, multi-business organizations
