What You Will Do
- Assists in the development and advancement of Lowe's marketing strategy by translating Category priorities into effective marketing and CRM tactics that are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.
- Facilitates campaign briefings and working sessions with Category partners to gather and consolidate promotional, product, inventory, business, and other inputs required for campaign execution.
- Distributes campaign wireframes and leads the Category feedback process, ensuring priorities and requirements are accurately incorporated into Email, Push, SMS, and other CRM campaign execution.
- Partners closely with CRM Strategy Leads and cross-functional stakeholders to translate Category priorities into actionable campaign plans that drive consumer relevance and engagement.
- Manages multiple campaigns, projects, and stakeholders simultaneously, communicating timelines, deadlines, requirements, and process expectations while tracking outstanding inputs and proactively identifying execution risks.
- Builds and maintains Email and Mobile AHA activity inputs and completes required campaign documentation, audience intake requests, and other operational requirements.
- Proactively identifies and escalates missing priorities, conflicting feedback, inventory concerns, late inputs, and other issues that could impact campaign execution.
- Designs and improves processes that solve complex campaign and organizational challenges with limited direction while leveraging cross-functional capabilities to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- Interprets financial, business, campaign, and competitive market data and maintains an understanding of mass, digital, CRM, and emerging channels to support marketing decisions and ensure programs are delivered in alignment with business and corporate expectations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications and Marketing or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 1 Year Experience in Marketing or related field
