Our client is looking for a Virtual Marketing Specialist / Lead Generation Specialist to execute and manage high-volume, multi-channel outreach initiatives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven digital environment. They operate within a performance-focused marketing ecosystem and continue to scale across multiple paid and organic channels.

This role is execution-heavy and requires precision, consistency, and strong communication. The ideal candidate is process-driven, highly organized, comfortable with repetitive high-volume tasks, and able to work within structured workflows while collaborating closely with operations to ensure accurate lead tracking, qualification, and handoff.

Responsibilities
  • Execute high-volume mass DM outreach across approved platforms, managing large-scale campaigns with precision and consistency (up to 2M messages per day when applicable).

  • Manage daily Instagram outreach, including targeted engagement, follow-ups, and account interactions to drive responses and conversions.

  • Support Facebook and Instagram advertising workflows, including campaign execution, monitoring, and basic optimizations.

  • Run cold email outreach campaigns using sequencing tools, inbox rotation strategies, and deliverability best practices, ensuring consistent follow-ups.

  • Conduct daily targeted lead engagement across multiple platforms to support pipeline growth and conversion goals.

  • Assist with email and SMS marketing activities, including flows, templates, segmentation, and basic integrations.

  • Support digital advertising efforts across major platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, including SEM and PPC campaigns.

  • Distribute and manage content across multiple pages and platforms to maintain brand consistency and visibility.

  • Provide light SEO support as a secondary responsibility, including basic audit reports, keyword research, competitor checks, and occasional technical reviews.

  • Maintain accurate logs of outreach activity, responses, and lead status, ensuring clean and consistent tracking.

  • Collaborate closely with an Operations VA to ensure leads are properly tagged, sourced, qualified, and handed off according to internal workflows.

  • Follow established processes rigorously, maintain clear documentation, and meet daily activity and performance targets.

Requirements
  • Proven experience managing high-volume, multi-channel lead generation campaigns.

  • Hands-on experience with mass DM outreach, Instagram outreach, cold email systems, and automation tools.

  • Experience supporting or managing digital advertising efforts, particularly on Instagram and Facebook.

  • Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing platforms and basic automation workflows.

  • Experience working with SEM and PPC campaigns.

  • Comfort working in structured, metrics-driven environments with repetitive, high-volume tasks.

  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with SEO tools is a plus, but SEO is not the primary focus of the role.

Qualifications
  • Background supporting marketing, growth, or lead generation teams in digital environments.

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with operations or sales teams.

  • Demonstrated consistency, reliability, and accountability in previous roles.

  • Process-driven mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and execution.

  • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and removes blockers.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Benefits
  • Full-time position.

  • 100% remote role.

  • Opportunity to work with a growing marketing operation.

  • Long-term stability and room for professional growth.

  • Collaborative and process-driven work environment.
