About you

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support B2B demand generation for Access Construction in the U.S. This role is ideal for a marketing professional looking to build hands-on experience executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns while contributing directly to pipeline growth, lead generation, and new business acquisition.

You’ll work as part of a global marketing team, executing integrated campaigns across email marketing, paid media, social media, partner marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Product, Digital, Content, and Events to ensure messaging aligns with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and supports the full buyer journey.

Reporting to the US Divisional Marketing Manager, this role provides exposure across the full demand generation lifecycle and offers a strong opportunity for career development within our growing marketing function.

Day-to-day you will

  • Execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital channels including email marketing, paid media/PPC, social media, and partner marketing to generate qualified leads and support pipeline growth.

  • Support account-based marketing (ABM) and ICP-aligned messaging, partnering with Paid Media and Content teams to develop ad copy, landing page messaging, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.

  • Create and manage marketing content and campaign assets, including email campaigns, social posts, and creative assets using tools such as Canva, ensuring content supports the buyer journey from awareness through conversion.

  • Plan, build, and optimize email nurture and lifecycle campaigns, managing triggered communications and marketing automation workflows to drive engagement and conversion.

  • Monitor lead management and campaign performance, partnering with Sales Development to ensure effective follow-up on marketing-generated leads while tracking funnel performance, campaign metrics, and recommending data-driven optimizations.

Your skills & experience might also include:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content, campaign messaging, and digital copy.

  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience tracking campaign performance, KPIs, and marketing funnel metrics to inform optimization and growth.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools and content platforms such as Canva and AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot) to support campaign execution, reporting, and marketing efficiency.

  • Demonstrable marketing experience, supporting digital marketing, social media, and campaign management. B2B SaaS or technology experience is a plus.

  • Experience working across digital marketing channels including email marketing, social media, or paid media; familiarity with ABM strategies and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) is a plus.
