Job Summary & Responsibilities
  • Build, edit, and QA HubSpot emails, landing pages, and workflows to support membership campaigns. 
  • Assist in developing and deploying automated workflows for acquisition, onboarding, and retention journeys. 
  • Partner with the Director on campaign strategy and testing (A/B, personalization, segmentation). 
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and surface insights to optimize future workflows and messaging. 
  • Prepare and adapt assets for multichannel use (email, web, social, print) in collaboration with the Creative Director of Consumer Revenue. 
  • Maintain consistency in voice, design, and technical execution across all campaigns while adhering to ACBJ brand standards. 
  • Support the Director in integrating AI-powered HubSpot features (including predictive lead scoring, dynamic personalization, and automated testing) to enhance engagement and retention.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience imarketing production, campaign management, or digital communications (internships included). 
  • Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation/CRM) for emaildesign and workflow production. 
  • Strong writing and editing skills for marketing copy, subject lines, and CTAs. 
  • Understanding HTML/CSS for email and landing page editing a plus. 
  • Proficiency with CMS builders and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or Monday.com). 
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva for asset adjustments. 
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across marketing and creative teams.
