Vantor is seeking a Marketing Specialist to manage and continuously improve our website as a primary brand, customer-experience and demand-generation channel. This role will combine disciplined digital publishing and content governance with search engine optimization, campaign landing-page development, conversion optimization and performance reporting. This person will partner across the Marketing team (Content, Creative, Campaigns and Product Marketing) to translate Vantor's brand and messaging into clear digital experiences that help priority audiences find, understand and act on relevant information. 


Responsibilities 

  • Manage the Vantor website as a primary brand and demand-generation channel, maintaining a reliable, accurate and customer-centered digital experience. 
  • Maintain website structure, content governance, publishing standards, accessibility practices and brand consistency across pages and experiences. 
  • Translate Vantor's brand and messaging framework into clear digital journeys that connect audience needs, use cases and solutions. 
  • Develop and optimize campaign landing pages, calls to action, forms and conversion paths in support of priority programs and audiences. 
  • Maintain a disciplined website backlog, intake process, prioritization model and publishing cadence while independently managing multiple priorities and driving work forward with urgency. 
  • Lead SEO execution, including keyword strategy, on-page optimization, metadata, internal linking and actionable technical recommendations. 
  • Partner with Content, Creative, Campaigns and Product Marketing to scope, build, review and launch digital experiences on schedule. 
  • Monitor and report on organic traffic, search visibility, engagement, conversion and campaign attribution; communicate insights and recommended actions. 
  • Use performance data and customer behavior to improve navigation, user experience, content effectiveness and conversion rates. 
  • Support connections across paid media, email, web forms and marketing automation to create coherent journeys and dependable data flows. 
  • Maintain a disciplined website backlog, intake process, prioritization model and publishing cadence while independently managing multiple priorities and driving work forward with urgency. 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, business or a related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Hands-on experience managing and publishing website content through a content management system in a professional marketing environment. 
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, metadata, internal linking and technical issue identification. 
  • Experience building or optimizing landing pages, calls to action, forms and conversion paths that support campaigns or demand-generation programs. 
  • Ability to use web analytics and search-performance data to evaluate traffic, engagement and conversion, identify trends and recommend improvements. 
  • Strong project-management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage a backlog, coordinate reviews and approvals, and deliver multiple priorities on schedule. 
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with cContent, cCreative, cCampaigns and pProduct- mMarketing partners. 
  • Working knowledge of website accessibility, content governance, quality assurance and brand-consistency practices. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot, or comparable customer relationship management and marketing automation platforms. 
  • Experience managing website content in Sanity or a similar modern content management system. 
  • Experience managing LinkedIn or other business-to-business social channels, including publishing, audience engagement and performance reporting. 
  • Experience with SEO and web-analytics platforms used for keyword research, technical diagnostics, search-performance monitoring and conversion analysis. 
  • Experience supporting websites for technology, aerospace, geospatial intelligence, defense or another complex business-to-business market. 
  • Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS and the ability to collaborate effectively with web developers on technical improvements. 

 

Pay Transparency: To support pay transparency, Vantor includes salary ranges in all U.S. job postings. Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the role should not expect to receive compensation at the top of the range. The listed range reflects the expected pay for this position, and final offers will be determined based on each candidate’s experience, expertise, and alignment with the role.

● The base pay for this position within Colorado is: $62,000.00 - $83,000.00 - $91,300.00 annually. 

For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.

Additionally, this position is incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and/or individual results achieved; the specific incentive plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions.
