Execute onsite marketing campaigns, support paid media strategies, analyze performance data, and collaborate with teams to optimize campaigns.
Job Summary & Responsibilities
- Execute onsite marketing campaigns promoting newsletters, memberships, and other products.
- Support paid search and paid social campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Build and maintain dynamic audience lists using HubSpot, Piano, and other CRM tools.
- Write, QA, and launch marketing campaigns across multiple channels (onsite, social, search).
- Pull and analyze performance data; surface insights to improve campaign efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Editorial teams on new feature and benefit launches.
- Conduct A/B tests to improve onsite conversion rates and report on findings.
- Monitor customer feedback and trends to inform personalization and segmentation strategies.
- Stay current on best practices in digital marketing, analytics, and compliance.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or paid media.
- Basic understanding of lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, and KPI tracking.
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in pulling reports and identifying key takeaways.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
