The Marketing Specialist leads ecommerce digital shelf management, collaborates on content generation, manages customer feedback, and drives online initiatives across various retailers.
Leads all aspects of ecommerce Digital Shelf Management including best in class retail content generation, warehousing and syndication, ratings and review management as well as generation and deployment of best practices and commercial training materials. The Marketing Specialist collaborates with Marketing teams to deliver centrally generated written and visual content, adapting it to specific channel customer needs and is imbedded into Sales to implement and drive online initiatives across Lowes, TSC and Amazon.
What You Need to Know:
- Responsible for answering customer reviews and questions via Bazaarvoice and report on sentiment and opportunities from review insights.
- Defines and generate best in category retail and B2B content standards and requirements and knowledge of continuous content improvements.
- Drives execution of ecommerce content requirements and needs with cross-functional teams.
- Adapts centrally created content assets to serve specific channel/ retailer needs.
- Ensures content library is evergreen, adjusted for key insights, sentiment and changing category/ retailer requirements.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to plan and execute Ratings & Reviews targets, generation, all aspects of syndication and tracking.
- Owns all aspects of ecommerce content warehousing, syndication systems/ processes that are fit to support targeted ecommerce channels and drive customers. Collaborates with appropriate cross-functional teams to ensure improvements are planned and implemented.
- Leads assembly and deployment of comprehensive and actionable ecommerce launch assets to key channels.
- Responsible for generation and cross-functional deployment of ecom playbooks, trainings to enhance ecommerce capabilities of commercial organization.
- Owns essential ecom agency partnerships i.e., Salsify, BazaarVoice etc.
What We Are Looking For:
- Min 2 years related experience.
- Working knowledge of BazaarVoice & Salsify.
- Detail oriented with proven planning and organizational skills
- Tactical knowledge of content creation and optimization
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal)
- Ability to build various levels of strong ongoing customer and organizational relationships across Sales, Marketing and IT
- Solid data analytical skills and can report out on KPIs
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong business acumen is required through both experience in the job and education
- Must have a passion for ecommerce, aptitude and interest in learning.
- Able and willing to work extended hours as required and travel appropriately
