$67,953.60 - $133,390.40The Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, partner practices, physician liaisons, creative resources, digital vendors and agency partners to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with AON's brand and strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate has experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, paid media, marketing automation, website content, and healthcare marketing. They possess strong project management skills, excellent written communication abilities, and are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality integrated marketing campaigns while remaining flexible to support evolving business priorities.
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns supporting AON and partner practice growth initiatives.
- Develop advertising campaign messaging and copy across multiple marketing channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
- Maintain awareness of healthcare marketing trends, advertising best practices, digital marketing innovations, and competitor activity.
- Manage paid advertising across traditional and digital channels, including print, digital display, paid search, paid social, sponsorships, and other media placements.
- Coordinate media buying and planning.
- Negotiate advertising placements and manage relationships with advertising vendors and agency partners.
- Create and maintain patient-facing marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, service line materials, and promotional assets.
- Develop sales enablement materials that support physician liaisons and business development efforts.
- Partner with marketing communications teams, graphic designers, digital teams, and vendors to ensure marketing materials align with brand standards, campaign objectives, and consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Manage website content for AON and partner practice websites, including service pages, provider information, location content, and marketing landing pages, ensuring content remains accurate and optimized.
- Build, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, automated workflows, and landing pages within HubSpot.
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, physician liaisons, creative teams, digital vendors, agency partners, and leadership to support successful campaign execution.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum Relevant Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or another highly regulated industry.
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Experience managing paid media campaigns, including digital advertising, paid search, paid social, print, and traditional media buying.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including email marketing, landing pages, forms, workflows, and marketing automation.
- Experience developing marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, website content, and promotional assets.
- Experience managing marketing vendors, advertising agencies, and external partners.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent marketing projects while maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Experience analyzing marketing campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations to improve results.
Certifications/Licenses
- None.
- Google Ads Certification.
- HubSpot Marketing Software Certification (or other HubSpot certifications).
- Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and healthcare advertising regulations.

- Strong knowledge of integrated marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising strategies.
- Excellent written, verbal, editing, and copywriting skills.

- Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS), digital marketing platforms, and major social media channels.
- Knowledge of branding, healthcare marketing best practices, and customer engagement strategies.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
