Job Description SummaryThe Marketing Project Manager plays an integral role within with USCAN Growth Marketing team, driving the day-to-day alignment of cross-functional teams towards successful execution of marketing campaigns. This individual will establish strong relationships with stakeholders, will be self-motivated and take the initiative to drive marketing projects that accelerate progress toward achieving business goals.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for effective and transparent project management of multiple campaigns within specific business areas, with supporting leadership from Program Director. 

  • Apply meticulous project management rigor to the organization of project information as well as the creation and management of schedules that drive all projects forward in scope and on-time . 

  • Partner closely with Campaign Orchestration Manager to strategically support business unit marketing leaders by understanding the target audience and objectives in order to define and facilitate the development of campaigns that drive the desired business impact . 

  • Organize and support internal cross-functional project teams to plan, execute and launch campaigns adhering to established workflow processes, SLAs and best practices.  

  • Regularly evaluate and draw insights from campaign performance to inform and optimize toward stronger business impact.  

  • Professionally and proactively manage risk and stakeholder expectations . 

  • Focus on standardization of work practices, with a flexible mindset to adapt where projects require customization. 

  • Manage campaign budgets, including processing of contracts, purchase orders and invoices for 3rd party campaign activation partners . 

  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement efforts . 

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing project management  

  • Experience with standard project timeline development in project management tools such as Workfront, Smartsheet, Monday.com, etc.  

  • Knowledgeable of customer journey (B2B preferred) 

  • Excellent presentation skills 

  • Professional and approachable communication style  

  • Demonstrated goal setting and achievement.  

  • Ability to encourage collaboration while driving accountability.  

  • Entrepreneurial, curious and innovative mindset.  

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or Certified ScrumMaster.  

  • Strong experience with Hoshin Kanri, Kaizen, Agile 

  • Experience with Workfront, Salesforce, Marketo, Excel, Google Analytics, Smartsheet 

  • Prior agency experience or working with agency vendors.  

  • Healthcare product/industry knowledge.  

 

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $60,000.00-$90,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
