JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Operations team serves multiple functions within KeyBank’s Marketing Department to enable the successful implementation marketing programs for all of KeyBank’s lines of business and client segments. The Project Coordinator position is an individual contributor role and is responsible for assigning and trafficking creative and digital (key.com) projects from request to completion (for digital, print, and other channels & formats), ensuring these materials meet brand, compliance and LOB requirements, and partnering with mainly internal creative and production teams to complete these assigned projects.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Traffic digital (key.com) projects from request to completion
  • Assign and traffic creative projects from request to completion:
  • Receives requests through internal Workfront tool, ensure all required specifications are included and resolves any gaps in information.
  • Assigns request to necessary internal design, copywriting, web content, HTML and/or other team members, depending on the request
  • Ensure necessary compliance approvals are obtained
  • Work with team members to resolve any issues to ensure request is completed within stated timeframes and business objectives
  • Partners with other project team members to ensure work is completed on time and within expectations
  • Ensures project scope aligns with stated business goals
  • Follows established processes and thinks of new ways to do our work and manages risks effectively
  • Contributes to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
  • Brings an innovation mindset to enhance overall team performance
  • Demonstrates consistent year-over-year improvements in performance
  • Effectively collaborates with internal and external partners, including marketing, creative services, external agencies, product management, lines of business, risk, legal and compliance
  • Ability to interact with variety of stakeholders and communicate effectively
  • Actively participates in team sessions and in projects led by others

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years professional experience in advertising agency, marketing project management or related fields

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES/SKILLS

  • Experience in traditional and digital creative development process, ensure content aligns with business objectives and is within brand and compliance standards
  • Proven relationship-building skills working with internal team members, external agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and oral communication ability; demonstrated presentation skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
  • Demonstrated strong client focus; is efficient and delivers in a timely manner
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems; escalates as necessary

This position is NOT eligible for employment visa sponsorship for non-U.S. citizens.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $60,000 to $68,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
